As a deadly drug called Mutagen X sweeps the streets of Los Angeles, two of LA’s finest detectives, Steve Wolf and Bruce Romaine, are kicked off the force for killing an undercover FBI agent mistaken for a drug dealer. With their badges stripped, they’re forced to become vigilantes armed with crossbows... and mustaches. The plan? Find out who’s distributing the Mutagen X and put them behind bars. The risk? Just their lives, which on a scale of one to ten, are sixes.
